Russell Training Group provides outstanding on-site training in three primary areas: Sales and Marketing; Employment Law and Human Resources; and Management and Planning. Each class is highly participative and interactive. Each class is entertaining while providing real-world experiences coupled with solutions and learning points that allow participants to improve performance and value to their company.

At Russell Training Group, we believe that customized training is the best training. We work with clients to take the tactics that are proven to work and present them in language that will make sense to participants. Every program is customized to the business of the client, and examples are from the experiences of the client company and similar companies.

We offer follow up services to reinforce skills and increase accountability. At the end of each class, participants commit to written goals with deadlines, based on the training being applied to the job. As an optional feature, Russell Training Group then follows up with each participant when their self-imposed deadline arrives. This follow-up assures application of training on the job to further insure results are delivered to the employing organization.

Sales & Marketing
For nearly 20 years, Russell Training Group has been successfully training sales people, from people new on the job, to customer-hardened veterans. Classes are heavy on real-world application, while keeping the sales theory simple. Courses are one hour to three days in length, with video- or audio-taped role plays and peer-coaching to facilitate the learning process. All examples in class are products and services being sold by participants.

Law/Sexual Harassment
