Ken Cooper:

Ken Cooper has been a consultant and trainer to many clients, foremost among those relationships is his over twenty year relationship with Anheuser-Busch. As lead SSM consultant, he wrote and taught Anheuser-Busch’s ‘Fast Track’ SSM course series and certified teams of consultants and trainers to help A-B transform its wholesaler network over the entire United States. He has done similar work for Procter & Gamble, Ralston-Purina, Rich Foods, Target, J.C. Penny, Luden’s and Coca-Cola of Philadelphia (prior to joining the Pepsi-Cola focused RTGinc). As a former IBMer, Ken uses his technology and SFA specialist background and CRM IT expertise to develop CBT/WBT training. He is also a prolific author and nationally known expert on raising competence. Among his more recent efforts are two books: The Relational Enterprise (ANACOM 2002) and Effective Competency Modeling & Reporting (ANACOM 2000). Ken is based in St. Louis.
