Consulting work with Pepsi Bottlers, particularly the nationally admired and respected Buffalo Rock Company, has accelerated through our exclusive AIM concept. AIM, based on Baldrige criteria and actual in-the-trade experience, is helping every BRC division to cut costs, build productivity, increase morale and decrease turnover through ‘The Rock’s’ new Vision to be “An Employee-Partner Team helping each other, our customers and our company be successful.” Process Improvement Teams are functioning in every location with involvement from all BRC Employee-Partners from leaders Jimbo Lee and Matthew Dent to the newest new-hire merchandiser or warehouse-person.
